3D Detail Modeling

3D Detail Modeling

A massing model is a simple form of model used to show the general shape and size of existing buildings. All elements that obstruct light and create shadows are represented. Internal areas can also be shown in a simplified form. The model can include a ground surface to show the surrounding area. Typically, massing models are used to demonstrate rights of light issues or for bid proposals.

3DScan2CAD works with a precision of 30mm in every single 3D model.

  • Window elevations built window by window, with all the necessary detail to provide the best and most accurate results for your analysis.
  • We can provide rooms under request. These rooms can be created from scan data, provided research, or even assumed from rights of light guidelines.
  • Simple 3D Topos can be provided for better understanding of the surrounding area.
  • All buildings will be properly layered to be recognised by SOL or MBS Waldram software.
